In line with its commitment to Black Economic Empowerment in South Africa, RecycleX entered into a strategic partnership with RX Umoya, becoming a 30% black-owned company.

RX Umoya (Spirit) is a wholly black-owned company whose shareholders have been drawn from black female employees in RecycleX. These women were selected for the outstanding contributions they have made to RecycleX\u2019s growth and success. The shareholding structure allows RecycleX to give back to these loyal employees, who jointly own 30% of RecycleX.
