In line with its commitment to Black Economic Empowerment in South Africa, RecycleX entered into a strategic partnership with RX Umoya, becoming a 30% black-owned company.
RX Umoya (Spirit) is a wholly black-owned company whose shareholders have been drawn from black female employees in RecycleX. These women were selected for the outstanding contributions they have made to RecycleX’s growth and success. The shareholding structure allows RecycleX to give back to these loyal employees, who jointly own 30% of RecycleX.
In addition to playing a role in RecycleX achieving its BEE goals, RX Umoya has uplifted black women to increase their positive impact on the South African economy. The RX Umoya shareholders are committed to driving the BEE development goals within RecycleX.
